You can cancel your Stockmo AI Premium subscription at any time. Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Alternatively, you can contact our support team at support@stockmo.in if you encounter any difficulties.
After cancellation, your chat history and account data will be retained for 90 days. This period allows you to reactivate your account without losing your personalized AI context. After 90 days, your data will be permanently deleted from our primary servers for your privacy.
When you cancel your Premium subscription, your account will be instantly downgraded to our Free Plan. You will not lose any data or analysis, but you will be restricted by the guest daily usage limits.
If your data is still within the 90-day retention period, you can reactivate your Premium subscription to immediately restore all premium analysis tools and institutional-grade insights.
