Refund Policy

1. Current Platform Status

Stockmo is currently a Free-to-Use premium market intelligence platform. As of the current date, we do not require any payments, credit card information, or recurring subscriptions to access our core AI-powered stock analysis and market data services.

2. Policy Non-Applicability

Because there are no financial transactions currently occurring on the platform, our standard Refund Policies are not applicable at this stage. Users are not charged for any services, and therefore no refunds can be processed or requested.

3. Future Subscription Terms

When Stockmo introduces its paid premium tiers for institutional-grade data and limitless AI analysis, the following general principles will apply to our refund policy:

• Digital Content Delivery: As we provide immediate access to proprietary digital data and AI analysis upon payment, we will generally maintain a No-Refund policy for all subscription tiers.
• Subscription Management: Any future paid subscriptions will be manageable via the Account Settings portal, where users will be able to cancel at any time to avoid future renewals.
• Support Inquiries: For any historical billing questions once paid tiers are live, users may reach out to support@stockmo.in for human-assisted resolution.
